The Braid Factory has a policy of "no waiting" which means, we make sure that your stylist will be waiting for you at Braid Factory after you make an appointment. Hence, we request you to fix an exact time when you can come in. To make your appointment a guaranteed one, there is a requirement of depositing 20% of your style price. Keeping in mind the complexity in organizing schedules for this kind of work, we consider this deposit a nonrefundable one. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you do not make an appointment unless you are sure of your time.
